Primal Arts Fest is a four-day immersive camping gathering for adults 21+, held May 7–11 in Darlington, Maryland.

We come together for workshops, ritual, fire arts, embodied learning, and community.

Who It’s For

PAF is for adults who value consent-centered community, hands-on learning, intentional gatherings, and depth over scale.

We welcome people from many backgrounds. What matters most here is respect, accountability, and care for the space and the people in it.

This gathering is designed for adults who are comfortable in sex-positive environments and committed to practicing consent with maturity and clarity.

Arrive Thursday or Friday
Standard pricing runs through April 15.
After that, late rates apply.

What It’s Like

Spending four days together changes things. Conversations continue the next day. Faces become familiar. New friendships take root.

It’s harder to miss a connection here.

Almost everyone stays onsite throughout and we encourage that. Whether tent camping, in cabins, or in RV spots, everyone has access to indoor showers and facilities.

PAF is also a sex-positive gathering. Nudity is welcome. Erotic expression, kink, and sacred sexuality are part of the culture here, but never required.

Participation in any activity is always a personal choice. No one will pressure you either way.

Respect for others is expected, and unwelcome commentary about anyone’s body or appearance is not tolerated.

The event takes place on a private campground, away from public view. This allows for a freedom of expression that most of us can’t experience in our everyday lives.
